When is my order shipping?

Hey folks, most of our items are sitting right on the shelf and ready to ship to your door. However a few things in the store are made-to-order, so when your order includes a Bobby Fairways or Joey Coldcuts Tee, it might take a couple more days to ship out. 

How can I return or exchange my item?

If you have any issue with what you get, go ahead and send a DM to Coldcuts on Instagram. If he doesn’t respond within a few minutes, shoot an email over to orders@bobdoessports.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your items, and our great customer service team would be happy to help you out.

The item I received is damaged or not what I ordered.

Trust me, nobody hates to see this more than me and I’m going to make it right! Please reach out to the team at orders@bobdoessports.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and we will send you the correct item right away.

What material are the shirts made out of?

Please refer to the individual product pages for information on the materials.

Most of our t-shirts are 100% combed ring-spun cotton and unisex sized. Most of our hats are made of a great performance blend. 

My order shows delivered, however I have not received it.

Folks, before you check out, PLEASE double check your shipping address. I can’t even tell you how often this happens. If however you still haven’t received your item, and you’ve confirmed the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct and not missing a unit or apartment number, reach out to us at orders@bobdoessports.com with your full mailing address and order number and we will investigate further. It’s not Perez’ fault if the US Mail loses your package, so take it easy on him!
